The Schlagers! single came with all the fixings for a game.
To build the spinner, you used an arrow you cut out from the bottom of the instruction sheet, the "space bolt" and the single itself. The back of the single was the game board, and a folded up rules sheet came inside. "Lunar bingo chips" were included as the markers for the game, although they also came as Canadian pennies in at least one case! Here's some scans of the pieces.
